You can place an order by any of the following methods:

Discounts

Front Rank Figurines offer discounts for larger orders. We offer these discounts all year and they apply to all our figurines including our Battalion and Special Deal packs (excluding S&H cost).

10% OFF figurines valued £175.00 and over.
15% OFF figurines valued £350.00 and over.
20% OFF figurines valued £700.00 and over.

Customers outside EU: Discount is calculated on the basket subtotal excluding VAT.

Shipping and handling rates

The shipping and handling rate is calculated on the order value before any applicable discount or VAT is deducted.

Rates for U.K. and BFPO

S&H is a minimum of £5.00, then 13% to a maximum of £12.00

Rates for Overseas

EUROPE EU: Cost of S&H is 20%, minimum S&H cost is £7.00
USA and CANADA: Cost of S&H is 25%, minimum S&H cost is £7.50
AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND and REST OF WORLD: Cost of S&H is 30%, minimum S&H cost is £7.50

S&H is calculated on VAT inclusive retail price for all countries.

OVERSEAS ORDERS £350.00 +  The shipping cost is re-calculated at point of dispatch to the actual cost of shipping. Online orders will initially be charged with the S&H % (as above) but at point of dispatch, the difference between the actual postage cost and the % paid for S&H is refunded to your original payment method. For orders over £350+ the actual shipping cost normally works out less than the S&H %, it will not be charged at more than the S&H %.

Customers and not Front Rank Figurines are responsible for any applicable duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

We reserve the right to change our shipping and handling rates without notice.

Method of dispatch

UK orders weighing less than two kilograms are dispatched using Royal Mail. UK orders weighing over two kilograms the order is dispatched using Parcelforce Express 48 hour service which is a tracked service and a signature is required on delivery.
Overseas orders weighing less than two kilograms are dispatched Airmail Royal Mail. Overseas orders weighing over two kilograms orders are dispatched using Parcelforce and their linked handlers, it is a tracked service and requires a signature on delivery.

Methods of payment

Credit or Debit card payments made on this website will be by processed in pounds sterling (credit/debit cards sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your card provider). Credit or Debit card transactions via this website will be processed by our payment solution provider (PSP) Sage Pay who perform industry-standard Address Verification System (AVS) and Card Verification Value (CVV) checks to prevent credit card fraud. More information on Sage Pay can be found at http://www.sagepay.com If you place an order by methods other than via our web site, Credit and Debit Card transactions are processed securely by HSBC card holder not present terminal. Any payment details processed by Sage Pay will not be seen by us or stored on our server. In accordance with the UK Data Protection ACT your details will not be disclosed in any way to a third party, all details will remain strictly private.

Payment by PayPal, please refer to your account parameters. Any payment details processed by PayPal will not bee seen by us or stored on our server. Orders can only be sent to the address confirmed on the Paypal account.

If you place an order by methods other than via our web site, Credit and Debit Card transactions are processed securely by HSBC card holder not present terminal. You can also send a Cheque, Postal Order or Bankers’ Draft separately to us which must be drawn in UK Pounds Sterling. Cheques will be cleared before goods are dispatched. Cheques, postal orders and bank drafts should be made payable to Front Rank Figurines Ltd.

Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full, including delivery charges.

Prices

All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT which may be payable by you. Vat is charged at the current UK government set rate.

Vat is deducted for deliveries made to countries outside of the EU.

Product information

Our figurines are made of white metal and are supplied unpainted and un-assembled if not cast as a single piece.

All Standard Bearers, Lancers, Pikemen and Pavesiers and other open handed figures are supplied with a pole. If eagles, tassels, pennons, weapons etc are required these should be ordered separately, please refer to the relevant equipment section.

Front Rank do not supply flags.

Horses need to be ordered separately for all individual mounted figures unless they are a single piece casting.
Horses and Oxen are not supplied with wagons etc and should be ordered separately.

Where our figures are sold in packs we are unable to vary the contents of the packs.

Any figures sold in packs cannot be swapped and we cannot split packs.

CAUTION: Our products contain lead and have sharp points and are not suitable for children.
