Welcome to FrontRank ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

FrontRank provides an AI-powered platform that helps users generate and optimize content for visibility in AI-powered search engines. Features include keyword-driven blog post generation, AI search optimization recommendations, and related tools offered as part of a monthly subscription billed through Stripe.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use FrontRank. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Account Registration

To access FrontRank you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@frontrank.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Billing

FrontRank is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method via Stripe on a recurring monthly cycle until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FrontRank only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the service to generate spam, deceptive content, or material that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to FrontRank without our written consent.
• Use the service in a way that disrupts, damages, or impairs the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.

6. AI-Generated Content

FrontRank uses large language models to generate content suggestions and optimizations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for all purposes. Always review output before publishing.
• You are solely responsible for any content you publish using our tools.
• We do not guarantee that content generated by FrontRank will achieve any specific search ranking or business outcome.

7. Intellectual Property

All content you input into FrontRank remains yours. Content generated by FrontRank on your behalf is yours to use, subject to any restrictions imposed by the underlying AI providers.

The FrontRank platform, brand, software, and all associated intellectual property are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of FrontRank is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect only your email address — see the Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Disclaimers

FrontRank is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FrontRank and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FrontRank and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of FrontRank after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
